What does one credit cover?

One successful webpage PDF or screenshot costs one API credit. Failed renders are refunded. Client-side image tools do not use API credits.

What happens when I run out?

API requests pause until your next monthly period or a plan upgrade. There are no automatic overage charges. Unused credits do not roll over.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

When billing is enabled, use the customer billing portal to manage your subscription. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period. Existing credit use remains counted when you change plans.

How fast are renders?

The testing server may take about a minute to start after inactivity. Priority plans move ahead of queued standard jobs, but do not guarantee completion times. Rate limits are not throughput guarantees.

Can I use results commercially?

Yes, on any plan, provided you hold the necessary rights to the source content.
